New Project launched in March 2018
Wednesday 14th March 2018. (Launch day of service)
Good to Talk is a support group for carers run by carers. The group helps carers who look after people who are on the Autistic spectrum, or have Mental health issues/problems or Dyslexia or Dyspraxia. We are also open to others adult carers.
Come and have a break with people who are in a similar situation.
We are here to help, come and have a chat over a cup of coffee!
“Claire found the group was useful in giving a break, as well as gaining ideas how to deal with the problems she faced. Talking things over gave a new perspective and she now has strategies she can draw upon.”
We are a friendly group which meets every 3rd Wednesday each month 10.30am to 12.30pm at Hanwell Fields Community Centre, Rotary Way, Banbury, OX16 1ER
